The A2B Rewards Scheme is available to customers who have a registered account on the A2B Taxis Cornwall app.

Reward points are earned on eligible completed journeys booked through the A2B Taxis Cornwall app only.

Points may not be earned on:

• Cancelled journeys
• No-shows
• Refunded or disputed fares
• Promotional or heavily discounted journeys (unless stated otherwise)

Points are added automatically after the journey is completed and paid for. Please allow time for points to appear in your account.

Reward points cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable between accounts.

Points may be redeemed through the app for:

• Selected nationwide brands
• Participating local Cornish businesses

Rewards available may change at any time.

Vouchers issued through the rewards scheme:

• Are subject to availability
• May have expiry dates set by the reward provider
• Cannot be replaced if lost, deleted, or expired

Rewards offered by local partner businesses are provided by those businesses directly. A2B Taxis Cornwall is not responsible for goods or services supplied by third parties.

A2B Taxis Cornwall reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where misuse, fraud, or abuse of the rewards scheme is suspected.

Customers are responsible for keeping their account details secure. A2B Taxis Cornwall is not liable for unauthorised use of reward points.

A2B Taxis Cornwall may amend, suspend, or withdraw the rewards scheme or these terms at any time without prior notice.

The rewards scheme is available for journeys within participating A2B Taxis Cornwall operating areas only.

Reward points may expire if an account remains inactive for a prolonged period. Expiry details will be shown in the app where applicable.

Reward points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers unless stated.

All decisions regarding the rewards scheme are final and at the discretion of A2B Taxis Cornwall.
